This didn't start as a career. It started as a necessity.


There was a point in my life where my health hit rock bottom — and rebuilding it from there is what drove me into this field and has kept me in it ever since.


I've spent over a decade working with real people — not athletes, not competitors — men who want to be stronger, healthier, and more capable for the people who depend on them.


My approach is straightforward: no extremes, no gimmicks, no programs designed to keep you dependent on a trainer.


Within six months, my goal is for you to know enough to train yourself effectively for the rest of your life. Some clients keep training with me after that. Most are just glad they finally have the tools to do it on their own.


That's the point.
